What We Bring to Your Project.

From a focused assessment to full procurement and delivery — the right involvement depends on your project’s scope and your team’s needs.

Every project is different. Some need a quick evaluation of a specific scope. Some need full advisory from material selection through installation. Most engagements grow naturally — a conversation becomes an assessment, an assessment becomes a strategy, a strategy becomes ongoing oversight and procurement. The scope is always driven by what the project needs.

STARTING POINT

Stone Scope Review

Flat Fee | Starting at $2,500

Planning-grade cost ranges

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING

Substitution monitoring
Logistics sequencing

MATERIAL FULFILLMENT

Stone Procurement & Delivery

Procurement with Chain-of-Custody Control

We purchase stone on your behalf, manage it from supplier to fabricator, and deliver with complete documentation. Your team never manages a supplier relationship. The fabricator receives pre-qualified material with design intent guidance — vein direction, continuity notes, and project priorities so they understand what matters most for the finished result.

Deliverables

Slab sourcing and physical evaluation
Quality verification at the yard
Vein direction and movement analysis
Yield evaluation
Allocation and lot management
Purchase, logistics, and delivery coordination
Delivery inspection report
Design intent documentation

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Beyond Standard Procurement

Quoted Per Project

Some projects don’t fit a template. Custom carved elements from raw block. Architectural stone installations that push boundaries. Material sourced from a specific quarry for a one-of-a-kind piece. Large-format engineered work that requires creative problem-solving and execution management beyond standard procurement. Every special project is scoped individually. If it involves stone and it’s ambitious, we want to hear about it.
